This blend of organic apples are from Heirloom Orchards, Lazy J, Stemilt & our own orchard. Harvest in 2019, slowly fermented and matured before blending. This specific blend was created while sampling our vintages over a long lunch and found were looking for an easy drinking, fun, Spring Cider!

2018 Harvest’s blend of high acid heirloom style apples grown organically at Heirloom Orchards in Hood River, OR. Proper aging has softened the acidity and brought out the fruitiness of this blend. This is a perfect refreshing summertime blend, the last of our 2018 harvest juice.

2018 Harvests from Lazy J Organic orchards from Port Angeles, WA & Heirloom Organic orchards from Hood River, OR. Fermented in orchard blends and aged in stainless for an year before blending. Together they create a crisp, flavorful and full bodied cider!

10% - King, Melrose, Burgundy, and Gravenstein Blend - Lazy J Farm & Orchards

2018 Harvest of Estate Foxwhelp and Lazy J orchards organic heirloom blend. The Forest of Dean is in the county of Gloucestershire in England. It is where the original Foxwhelp Apple was found, and the best cider was made from that tree above a fox den, circa 1664.

10% - Cortland & Calville Blanc Heirloom Orchards

100% Organic apples grown at Heirloom Orchards, Hood River Oregon from the 2018 harvest. In the late 1500’s russeted apples were known as Leathercoats for their thick rough skin. This is a blend of 4, known for their intense flavor and high sugar. Fermented cool for 7 weeks, matured for 8 months, racked for clarity no fining or filtration. Go ahead and, as Shakespeare would say give this "dish of leathercoats" a try.

45% Organic Macintosh Apples from the Bitterroot Valeey in Montana

10% Organic Estate Bittersweet apples

This blend was done exclusively for Zeeks Pizza and WA Cider Week 2018. Pippins bring a pronounced wine like flavor and aroma to this cider along with a rich body and pronounced apple nose. a slight woodiness that is more apple stem than oak. The bittersweet apples lend a hint of tannin and barnyard. This batch of MacIntosh has a light floral aroma and a stone fruit flavor with the a touch of the minerality of saké. the finish is caramel and cracker.
