Traditional #40 is in celebration of the classic film Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. We blended it and put in the brite tank on this films 40th anniversay and kegged it on Star Wars Day, May the Forth (be with you). You get the classic bittersweet characters of ripe apples, leather, and spices from our estate apples and caramel, tropical fruit, and peaches from the Golden Russets. Tannins and Acids in a true dry cider to sip on while watching your favorite Star Wars movie or show.
