This Perry is delicately flavored and very sessionable. It is a combination of true European perry pears, Asian pears and heirloom pears with about 2% bitter sharp apple juice added to round out the flavors. This years Perry is bright with a touch of sweetness, we’ve found it pairs wonderfully with a Waldorf type salad made with grilled pears, toasted walnuts & blue cheese or just enjoyed by itself. Serve chilled.
