Burnt Branch Reserve #14 was made in secret for our founder Bear's 69th Birthday. It was was made with favorites and friends, his favorite apples and a good friends Mead barrel. The Foxwhelp, Muscadet de Dieppe & Yarlinton Mill are what make up the Pirates Plank (Bear's favorite cider) and we aged the Cortland & Kings in a Mead barrel from Wilderbee Farm & Mead works here in Port Townsend.

The Bear in Mind is light bodied with hints of honey and whiskey, followed with whispers of oak and apples tannins from the estate apples.
