AUTUMN 2023This Perry is delicately flavored and entirely sessionable. It is a combination of true European perry pears, Asian pears and heirloom pears with about 2% bitter sharp apple juice added to round out the flavors. The haze is a product of pectin and tannins, we could have fined or filtered it out but enjoyed the soft mouthfeel it helps create. We hope you do too! Perry is greatly enjoyed by itself but also with meals, think fall salads with grilled pears, walnuts and blue cheese.

Serve chilled.
