This is an oldy but goldie recipe of our own creation, incorporating fresh mint & raspberries with our vinegar and Rum to make a perfect summer sipper. Created by us!
1/3 cup Peppermint Leaves (packed)
2 tablespoons Raw Sugar
1/3 cup Fresh Raspberries
2 tablespoons Alpenfire Raspberry Vinegar
1 cup Sparkling Water
1 oz White Rum
In a cocktail shaker pack peppermint leaves and sugar, muddle well. Add Raspberries and Vinegar shake gently. Add Sparkling water and strain into highball glass over ice and rum. Serve with sprig of mint and 2 fresh raspberries.
