Alpenfire Cider Pairing Dinner
Wednesday, October 25th
Join us on Wednesday, October 25th in The Ballast Bar downstairs at Capitol Cider for a very special cider pairing dinner featuring our Cider Partner of the Month, Alpenfire Cider. Our Executive Chef Matthew Woolen has created a delicious four-course menu to pair with six delightful cider selections (including one cider cocktail). Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and dinner starts promptly at 6 p.m.
Seating is limited! Tickets are only $100 per person including tax + gratuity. Advance ticket purchase is required and can be made by calling Reservations at: (206) 397- 3564.

Opening/ Seating Cocktail
Flatbread wth broccoli rapini, chickpeas, pine nuts and chanterelles
Roasted and raw cauliflower, ruby streaks mustard and sesame
Smoked duck wings, maple sabayon, local apples ( vegetarian- smoked portobello with miso and spices to replace duck wings )
Pumpkin pudding with cranberry, oats and spruce barrel smokiness
