Alpenfire's Calypso, our expression of a NW style fruit cider.  Blackberry picking on a hot summer day, the siren’s song whispers to come & play. Ahh cider.. The fresh pressed juice of the PNW apples & whole foraged blackberries, fermented together & aged over toasted rum soaked oak. Medium dry, crisp & refreshing, Calypso is a small batch cider cooler produced throughout the year. This playful nod to modern cider is best enjoyed on a blanket spread over cooling sand, while the sun slowly slips into the seafoam swirl caressing your toes & salt crinkles your skin. Enjoy with Seafood & salads.
