Alpenfire's Traditional Heirloom Cider blends (aka T.H.C) consist of different blends of apples for each release. You can find these ciders through out the Puget Sound region. Each blend is different and once they are gone, they are gone for good so get them while you can!
THC #34 is refreshing cider that’s light and full of flavor perfect for your fall foliage journeys or craving up some pumpkins. The acidic bite from the Ashmeads Kernel, Cortland, Orleans Reinette and Winesap lifts up this cider and the earthy tannins from the Vilberie & Brown Snout helps keep it grounded.
vintage, Oak n’ Honey! A blend of 3 orchards and close to 18 varieties. We aged this blend on lightly toasted oak, sweetened ever so slightly with Washington Blackberry honey giving you an off dry cider with hints of oak tannins and a sneaky sweetness.
This blend is featured at the music and Arts festival "[The Thing][1]" in Port Townsend
August 26th-28th 2022.

Blended on 4.20.2022 we wanted to make a 30th batch special with a play on the name THC and a very unique blend coming from 3 different orchards. Earthy tannic backbone from our orchard, crisp aromatics from Lazy J orchard and Pineapple acidity from Heirloom orchards. Cheers to 30 more blends!
